This use case presents a 5-year operation plan used by the Zambezi Restauration Fund to track their goals over mutliple years. Goals are assessed regularly over the course of the 5 years. In addition, goals are aligned to one or several SDGs and should changes be needed over the timespan, adaptation can be requested and discussed in the team.
Dashboard
The dashboard shows the state at the end of January 2020 of the 5-year operation 2016-2021, with two 5-year goals consisting of several 1-year goals for better fine-granular control. Each of the goals is evaluated individually either by manual assessments or data-driven indicators.
Editor
In the Editor, the list of 5-year and 1-year goals with the assigned teams is managed. Each goal can be associated with one or several SDGs and performance updates. The discussion lets the team communicate context based to keep the knowledge bound to the goals and ensure safe-keeping of the lessons learned.
Adaptation
As the world changes fast, a 5-year plan almost never stays the same of the 5 years, and therefore adaptations are needed. The ZRF has half-yearly sessions to assess the current situation and propose changes. All adaptations are tracked and can be used to understand the evolution over the 5 years.
